Privileged username disclosure via public JavaScript
Published Jan 23, 2026 · Updated Jan 23, 2026
Information disclosure in Newgen OmniApp allows remote attackers to enumerate privileged usernames through a public JavaScript resource. The unauthenticated login.js resource at /omniapp/resources/scripts/login.js embeds hardcoded privileged usernames and returns them to any HTTP client. No account or user interaction is required; the disclosed identifiers support targeted authentication attacks but do not directly grant account access.
