Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026
Privilege escalation in Quick Heal Total Security 23.0.0 allows local users to write quarantined files into protected directories. A standard local account and a quarantined file are required; restored content can reach locations such as System32 for later elevated execution.
