BLE service interruption via unauthenticated session locking

Denial of service in Beat XP VEGA Smartwatch firmware RB303ATV006229 allows physically proximate attackers to block BLE communication. The BLE connection manager accepts an unauthenticated client as its sole active session and provides no way to evict an unknown or idle peer. An attacker must stay within BLE range and hold the session; the watch remains powered, but the legitimate app cannot sync, configure, or update it.
