Unauthenticated code execution via unchecked list length
Published Jan 21, 2026 · Updated Jan 21, 2026
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AX3 firmware 16.03.12.11 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted list parameter. The formSetIptv request handler processes the attacker-controlled list value without enforcing its length before stack storage, corrupting adjacent stack memory. No authentication or user interaction is required over the network, and successful exploitation grants control of the router process or crashes it.
