Local privilege escalation via elevated file dialog

Privilege escalation in Fan Control V251 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as Administrator through its Open File Dialog. The dialog inherits the application's elevated privileges and accepts system paths or executable references from its address bar and selection controls. Low-privileged local access is required, and successful exploitation runs the selected command or binary with Administrator rights.
