CVE-2025-6965Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Code execution via truncated aggregate-column index

Published Jul 15, 2025 · Updated Apr 29, 2026

Integer truncation in SQLite before 3.50.2 allows attackers who can inject arbitrary SQL to corrupt memory through aggregate queries. findOrCreateAggInfoColumn casts a 32-bit aggregate-column index above 32,767 to signed 16 bits; later consumers use the negative index for out-of-bounds array reads and writes. Exploitation requires control of SQL with more than 32,767 distinct aggregate column references and can crash the hosting process or enable code execution.
