Unauthenticated MFA bypass via header-manipulated throttling

Authentication bypass in Deutsche Telekom Account Management Portal 2025-10-24 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass 2FA. The 2FA verification endpoint applies insufficient server-side rate limiting, and crafted HTTP headers bypass throttling to permit unlimited code guesses. No authentication or user interaction is required, and a successful guess exposes protected account data and permits account changes without interrupting the service.
