Local command execution via unescaped shell arguments

Command injection in Raynet RayVentory Scan Engine 12.6 Update 8 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary commands. The rvia agent passes unescaped input tokens to system() and popen(), causing shell metacharacters in getconfig, upload, inventory, or oracle inputs to become commands. Local access sufficient to invoke rvia runs commands with the agent's privileges; upload requires inventory files, while oracle depends on Java discovery or javaPaths.
