Stored XSS in Basix NEX-Forms 9.1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through unauthenticated form submissions. Public records identify insufficient input sanitization and output escaping but do not disclose the affected parameter or function. The payload persists in WordPress and executes when a user opens a page containing the injected content, enabling actions in that user's browser context.
