CVE-2025-69271Network attack vector

Credential exposure via Base64-encoded Basic Authentication

Published Jan 12, 2026 · Updated Jan 12, 2026

Credential exposure in Broadcom DX NetOps Spectrum 24.3.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials via network sniffing. The OneClick application places HTTP Basic Authentication credentials in a Base64-encoded Authorization header rather than protecting them cryptographically. The attack requires low privileges and visibility of unencrypted HTTP traffic; interception exposes account credentials but does not directly alter data or interrupt service.
