Arbitrary code execution via git dependency scripts

Code execution in pnpm 10.0.0 through 10.25 allows remote attackers to run commands through a git dependency during installation. The fetch-phase preparePackage() path checks ignoreScripts but never consults onlyBuiltDependencies before running prepare, prepublish, and prepack hooks from git-hosted packages. Exploitation requires a user or CI job to install a dependency graph containing the attacker-controlled git dependency, and code runs with that process's privileges.
