Code execution via substituted tokenHelper path

Command injection in pnpm 6.25.0 through 10.26.2 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through tokenHelper configuration. The readLocalConfig function substitutes environment variables into .npmrc values, and loadToken passes the resulting helper path to spawnSync with shell execution enabled. Exploitation requires control of an environment variable, a private-registry tokenHelper entry, and the ability to place a script on the build host.
