Reauthentication bypass via SUL3 local autologin

Authentication bypass in CentralAuth before 1.39.13, 1.42.7, and 1.43.2 allows attackers to bypass security reauthentication. When an account is already logged in on the central domain, the SUL3 local-login workflow performs an invisible local autologin and records it as a new reauthentication event. An attacker with a stolen central-session cookie can therefore refresh the local authentication timestamp and reach pages that should demand the account password, including password-changing functions.
