Service crash via unmatched UE identifier

NULL pointer dereference in free5GC UDM 1.4.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the service via a crafted PUT request. The Nudm_UECM RegistrationAmf3gppAccess handler accepts an unmatched ueId, receives a 204 response from UDR, then dereferences a nil AMF context. The API path must be network-reachable; exploitation requires no privileges or user interaction and interrupts UDM availability.
