Authenticated permission disclosure via unchecked agent lookup

Missing authorization in LibreChat 0.8.1-rc2 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary agents' permission records. The GET /api/permissions/:resourceType/:resourceId route calls getResourcePermissions without checking SHARE access, exposing principals, roles, and sharing status for a supplied agent ID. A valid account and a discoverable agent ID are required; default agent creation permits low-privileged users, and the effect is read-only disclosure.
