Authenticated command execution via unsanitized P7M filename

OS command injection in DevCode OpenSTAManager 2.9.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute server commands via ZIP imports. XML::decodeP7M() interpolates an archive-controlled .p7m path inside double quotes in an exec() command without shell escaping, so a filename can terminate the quoted argument and append commands. Invoice-import access and the exec function are required; injected commands run with the web server account and can read or alter application data.
