Service interruption via MVG path-count overflow

Integer overflow in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-12 allows remote attackers to interrupt service by converting a crafted MVG file to SVG. WriteSVGImage counts alphabetic path-token characters in an int, then multiplies the attacker-controlled count to resize primitive_info; signed wraparound produces an undersized buffer. Reachability requires an application to accept attacker-controlled MVG content and invoke SVG conversion, and the upstream reproducer runs for a prolonged period before the overflow.
