Remote code execution via unrestricted Docker arguments

Command injection in Quenary Tugtainer before 1.15.1 allows remote attackers to execute Docker CLI operations through the agent API. The run request schema accepts an unrestricted string list, prepends the Docker executable, and passes the result directly to python-on-whales. Network access to the agent endpoint is sufficient, and control of Docker arguments can compromise containers and the Docker host.
