Database record access via authenticated session SQL injection

SQL injection in register.php in PHPGurukul Student Record System 3.2 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries via session. The endpoint passes the attacker-controlled session value into SQL processing without neutralizing SQL metacharacters, allowing the intended query structure to be changed. A valid administrative session is required; successful exploitation can read or write application database records and interrupt database-backed operations.
