Web shell upload via missing type validation
Published Jan 22, 2026 · Updated Jan 22, 2026
Arbitrary file upload in Zozothemes Miion 1.2.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to upload a web shell. The theme upload handler accepts dangerous file types without validating the uploaded file type, but public sources do not identify the vulnerable function or request parameter. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and successful uploads allow attacker-controlled PHP to execute in the WordPress server context.
