Cross-user process termination via unchecked IOCTL

Missing authorization in NSecsoft NSecKrnl allows local users to terminate SYSTEM and Protected Processes through crafted IOCTL requests. The IRP_MJ_DEVICE_CONTROL handler accepts IOCTL 0x2248E0 with an attacker-selected PID, opens a kernel handle with PROCESS_TERMINATE, and calls ZwTerminateProcess without authorizing the caller for the target. Local authenticated access to the loaded Windows driver is required, and successful exploitation interrupts any selected process, including security software.
