Account takeover via predictable persistent-login tokens

Weak token generation in FreshRSS before 1.28.0 allows remote attackers to hijack accounts using predicted persistent-login cookies. FormAuth::makeCookie hashes the system salt, username, mt_rand() output, and microsecond-based uniqid() output with SHA-1 instead of drawing token entropy from a cryptographically secure generator. Exploitation requires the target username, knowledge or a guess of the system salt, and close timing synchronization; a valid prediction grants persistent access to the target account for the cookie lifetime.
