Browser script execution via unsanitized login banners

Stored XSS in Riello UPS NetMan 208 Application before 1.12 allows remote authenticated users to run script in visitors' browsers. cgi-bin/loginbanner_w.cgi stores pre- and post-login banner title or message fields without sanitizing HTML or script tags, then renders them on the login page. Administrative access is required to write a banner; the script can read viewer or power-user session cookies because they lack the HttpOnly flag.
