Authentication-rate-limit bypass via username SQL injection

SQL injection in Riello UPS NetMan 208 Application before 1.12 allows remote attackers to alter its login-protection database. The /cgi-bin/login.cgi workflow inserts the username field into a database query without proper validation, permitting stacked SQL statements. No credentials or user interaction are required; demonstrated exploitation deletes LOGINFAILEDTABLE entries to remove the standard-login rate limit and enable repeated password attempts.
