Kernel crash via unset IPVS packet device

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel IPVS allows remote attackers to crash the system through an IPv4 NAT route failure. The __ip_vs_get_out_rt() error path calls dst_link_failure() while skb->dev is unset, causing fib_compute_spec_dst() to dereference NULL. Reachability requires IPVS NAT mode, a misconfigured destination, and a failed route lookup; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
