Local kernel crash via perf-event race

Null-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel on AMD systems allows local users to crash affected hosts through perf events. During NMI throttling, x86_pmu_stop() can clear cpuc->events[idx] while amd_pmu_enable_all() still passes that NULL slot to x86_pmu_enable_event(). The race requires local access to perf-event operations on an AMD x86 system; triggering it causes a general protection fault and system-level denial of service.
