Kernel crash via missing HFS+ bnode reference

Race condition in the Linux kernel HFS+ filesystem allows remote attackers to crash the kernel by racing sync and link operations. In __hfs_bnode_create, the losing thread reuses a newly hashed bnode without calling hfs_bnode_get, leaving two callers sharing refcnt=1. Reachability requires attacker-controlled filesystem activity on a mounted HFS+ volume; the later double put reaches BUG_ON and stops the kernel.
