Local kernel panic via unchecked OCFS2 chain index

Denial of service in Linux Kernel OCFS2 allows local users to panic the kernel during allocation on affected revisions. ocfs2_claim_suballoc_bits() calls ocfs2_find_victim_chain() without rejecting a cl_next_free_rec value of zero or greater than cl_count, and zero reaches a BUG_ON condition. Triggering requires an OCFS2 allocation chain list with no usable chains, and the resulting panic crashes the host.
