Network interface outage via cleared TX event

Denial of service in Linux Kernel bnxt_en allows remote attackers to drop all traffic on an affected interface via sustained XDP_TX packets. In bnxt_rx_xdp(), a repeated XDP_TX action clears BNXT_TX_EVENT before confirming __bnxt_xmit_xdp() can queue another frame, so a full TX ring leaves descriptors pending without a doorbell. Exploitation requires a Broadcom bnxt_en interface with an XDP_TX program already active; RX refill then stops until the interface is reset or reconfigured.
