Unintended file measurements via false rule match

Improper return-value handling in Linux IMA allows local users to cause unintended file measurements after an SELinux policy unload. In ima_match_rules(), a NULL LSM rule makes ima_filter_rule_match() return -ENOENT, but the caller bypasses its success check and sets result true. Reachability requires an IMA measurement between SELinux module removal and ima_lsm_rules refresh; the false match expands the measurement list.
