Kernel crash via unassigned-channel queue update

NULL pointer dereference in the mt7996 Wi-Fi driver allows local users to crash the Linux kernel through queue configuration. mt7996_conf_tx writes queue parameters through the result of mt7996_vif_link even when a link without an assigned channel makes that result NULL. Low-privileged local access, an mt7996 interface, and an unassigned link channel are required; the resulting dereference interrupts the host.
