Local denial of service via probe-path memory leak

Memory leak in the Linux kernel's mISDN HFC-S USB driver allows local users to exhaust memory by causing repeated device probe failures. The hfcsusb_probe() error path frees the hardware structure after setup_instance() fails but leaves its allocated ctrl_urb unreleased. Repeated reachability requires local low-privileged access and an HFC-S USB device path; upstream reported compile-only validation.
