Unauthorized label creation via premature Smack import

Authorization bypass in the Linux kernel Smack module allows local users to create arbitrary security labels through a task attribute write. The Smack do_setattr() path imports an untrusted label before checking whether it appears in the task's relabel-self list. The flaw is reachable only when relabel-self is nonempty, and it lets an unprivileged task introduce labels outside that configured list, weakening mandatory access-control policy.
