Service interruption via concurrent syncpoint reuse

Race condition in the Linux kernel host1x driver allows local users to interrupt service through concurrent syncpoint reuse. The host1x_syncpt_put() path drops the final reference before atomically taking syncpt_mutex, allowing host1x_syncpt_alloc() to reuse a syncpoint while syncpt_release() is still cleaning it up. Local access to the Tegra host1x userspace interface is required; the precise service-interruption mode has not been published.
