User-assisted code execution via exported download activity

Improper component export in Rakuten Send Anywhere 23.2.9 allows context-dependent attackers to force downloads into app storage. The exported com.estmob.paprika4.activity.ViewActivity accepts a VIEW intent with an arbitrary HTTP or HTTPS URL, downloads the file without permission checks, and presents it in the trusted Received interface. A malicious local app needs no permissions; code execution requires the victim to install a downloaded APK, while oversized transfers exhaust disk space.
