CVE-2025-68712

Physical authentication bypass via insecure overlay navigation

Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026

Authentication bypass in SpSoft AppLock 7.9.40 for Android allows physically proximate attackers to access protected apps. The custom lock overlay permits advertisement or browser intents to open cascading interface routes that exit the lock screen without enforcing fingerprint or PIN re-authentication. Physical access to the Android device is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of protected-app content rather than modification or service interruption.
