Protected-data recovery via deterministic PBKDF2 salts

Weak key derivation in Sam Gleske Jervis before 2.2 allows remote attackers to recover protected data through pre-computation attacks. SecurityIO derives each PBKDF2 salt as sha256Sum(passphrase), so passphrase reuse deterministically produces the same derived key instead of a fresh per-encryption salt. An attacker who obtains ciphertext produced with a reused passphrase can precompute candidate keys and test them across multiple encryption operations.
