Credential disclosure and SSRF via absolute URLs

SSRF in HTTParty 0.23.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to send requests to unintended hosts through an absolute URL path. HTTParty::Request#uri accepts an absolute URL as the path and lets it replace the configured base_uri host while retaining configured headers. Exploitation requires a consuming application to configure base_uri and pass attacker-controlled path data, exposing credentials or access to internal services.
