Proxy credential disclosure via incomplete secrets masking

Information disclosure in Apache Airflow before 2.11.1 and 3.0.0b1 through 3.1.5 allows attackers to read proxy credentials from task logs. The secrets masker omitted the proxy and proxies keys from DEFAULT_SENSITIVE_FIELDS, leaving authentication data embedded in proxy URLs unchanged when Connection values were logged. Exposure requires a Connection with embedded proxy authentication and a code path that renders or prints those fields; the consequence is limited to disclosure of those proxy credentials.
