Content-type deletion via unprotected GET request

Cross-site request forgery in SeaCMS 13.0 through 13.2 allows remote attackers to delete content types via admin_type.php. The handler accepts the state-changing action=del and attacker-chosen id parameters in a GET request without validating an anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires a signed-in administrator to load attacker-controlled HTML, after which the request deletes the selected content type.
