Authentication bypass via exposed access-request tokens

Authentication bypass in Signal K Server before 2.19.0 allows remote attackers to steal JWT tokens through unauthenticated endpoints. startServerEvents sends cached ACCESS_REQUEST events to readonly WebSocket clients, while queryRequest returns approved requests with plaintext tokens. With allow_readonly enabled, no prior account is required; an administrator must approve a request before its token can be captured and reused.
