Application crash via unbounded SVG nesting

Uncontrolled recursion in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-12 allows remote attackers to crash an SVG-processing application with a malicious SVG file. SVGStartElement increments nesting depth and reallocates its scale array for every nested element without enforcing MagickMaxRecursionDepth, eventually exhausting the stack. Exploitation requires an application to parse attacker-supplied SVG content; the reported consequence is a process crash, with no confidentiality or integrity impact.
