Application crash via zero-sized continuation chunk

NULL pointer dereference in HDF5 1.14.6 allows local users to crash applications that open a crafted HDF5 file. H5O__cont_decode accepts a zero continuation-chunk size from an object-header continuation message, leaving cache state that H5C__flush_single_entry dereferences during H5Fopen. Local users need the ability to supply the file, and the demonstrated impact is process termination without data disclosure or modification.
