Arbitrary file write via unsanitized upload filename

Path traversal in Langchain-Chatchat 0.3.0 through 0.3.1 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through upload_temp_docs. The parse_file function joins the submitted filename directly to a generated temporary directory and opens that path without checking containment. Network access to the backend route is sufficient, and the write can escape the temporary directory into application-writable paths.
