Service interruption via catastrophic HTML regex backtracking

ReDoS in Fedify's document loader before 1.6.13, 1.7.14, 1.8.15, and 1.9.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The regex in packages/fedify/src/runtime/docloader.ts uses nested quantified attribute groups on unbounded HTML, causing catastrophic backtracking. Exploitation requires a Fedify application to fetch HTML from an attacker-controlled federated server, blocking the Node.js event loop for seconds or longer.
