Arbitrary file read and relocation via JSON path

Path traversal in MindsDB before 25.11.1 allows remote attackers to read and relocate arbitrary server files through the file upload API. The file.py PUT handler passes an unsanitized JSON file value to os.path.join and FileReader, so absolute or parent-relative paths escape its temporary directory. Any caller that can reach the REST API can expose files readable by the MindsDB process and remove them from their original locations.
