External redirects via preserved protocol-relative paths

Open redirect in Shopify React Router 6.0.0 through 6.30.1 and 7.0.0 through 7.9.5 allows remote authenticated users to redirect browsers. The resolvePath routine preserves protocol-relative paths beginning with double slashes as absolute URLs, allowing navigation APIs to hand attacker-controlled destinations to the browser. Exploitation requires application code to pass untrusted content to navigate(), Link, or redirect(); the resulting impact is navigation to an external site.
