Administrator account creation via disabled CSRF filter

Cross-site request forgery in Open Source Point of Sale 3.4.0 through 3.4.1 allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts. The global before-filter list in app/Config/Filters.php comments out the CSRF filter, so state-changing POST requests accept session cookies without validating an anti-forgery token. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to visit an attacker-controlled page, after which the forged account grants full administrative access.
