Privileged database access via client memory credentials
Published May 14, 2026 · Updated May 14, 2026
Incorrect privilege assignment in Comarch ERP Optima before 2026.4 allows local users to gain privileged database access. The configured client connects with a high-privileged database account and exposes its credentials when attackers dump the client process memory. The client must already be configured, but no application user session is required; recovered credentials permit direct privileged database access.
