Database compromise via raw familyId query concatenation
Published Dec 17, 2025 · Updated Dec 17, 2025
SQL injection in ChurchCRM before 6.5.3 allows remote authenticated users to read, write, or delete database data via familyId. The legacy ConfirmReportEmail.php endpoint ignores the integer filter's result and concatenates raw familyId data into an SQL subquery without binding. Any logged-in account, including one with zero assigned permissions, can reach the removed-from-UI file directly and execute arbitrary SQL.
